1, must continue the cone crusher to uniform center feeding, crowded feeding can improve work efficiency.(per shift)
2. Check whether there are copper and iron chips on the oil return filter screen.(per shift)
3. Check the oil level of lubricating oil.(per shift)
4. Check and record the pressure of lubrication system and hydraulic system, and check whether the filter element is blocked.(per shift)
5, check the wear condition of the lining.(per shift)
6. Check the status of all bolts and their fasteners.(per shift)
7, check the lubricating oil pollution.(per shift)
8. Check whether the discharge area is unobstructed and remove the accumulated materials and sundries on the rack.(per shift)
9. Grease the adjusting ring when it is not locked.(per week)
10. Check and tighten the triangle belt.(per week)
11. Check and deal with all pipelines to avoid oil leakage.(per week)
12. Check and tighten the distributor plate bolts.(per week)
