Dry Magnetic Separator Application



Dry magnetic separator is very suitable for arid areas, saving water resources, reducing the cost of mineral processing, for the ultra-lean magnetite mining and utilization of a new way.
Dry magnetic separators are used in the following five occasions.
Occasion 1: dry magnetic separator can be used for preconcentration of low-grade ores, preconcentration of ore resources, improvement of grinding grade and reduction of dressing cost.
Occasion two: dry magnetic separator used for tailings reprocessing, recovery tailings dam relatively concentrated tailings.
Occasion 3: dry magnetic separator is used for the magnetic separation and purification of sulfuric acid slag powder.
Occasion 4: dry magnetic separator is used for removing iron from non-magnetic materials.
Occasion 5: dry magnetic separator is used for purifying iron fine powder in magnetic separation plant.
