How to prolong the bearing life of stone crusher


With the rapid development of China's construction, cement, metallurgy and other industries, the use of crusher equipment is also expanding.However, as customers often neglect the maintenance of the bearing, resulting in machine failure and normal operation.Here are some techniques to extend the bearing life of the crusher for customer reference.
1. Check the number of parts before installing the crusher equipment, check the damage caused by the machined surfaces and threads of each part during handling, and clean them up.
2. During the installation of the crusher, dry oil should be applied on the fixed contact surface and thin oil should be applied on the movable surface.In particular, after the bearing is installed, the outer ring tilting bearing must be lubricated.
3. The lubricant of the bearing is applied carefully, covering all the roller surfaces when the grease is applied for lubrication, restoring the position of the outer ring after coating, and covering with plastic film to prevent dust.
4. Pay attention to cleaning the bearing in daily use. First, put the bearing into oil, then use the brush to brush off the dirt on the bearing surface, and then heat the oil properly, and then clean the ball and hole inside the bearing in detail.
5. The crusher shall be inspected regularly after working for a period of time.Remove the bearing. If the bearing is less worn, the correct geometry can be achieved by turning it on the lathe.At the same time, note the gap between the eccentric shaft and the axle bush , note the gap between the spindle and the axle bush. If the gap exceeds 1.5 times, it should be replaced or adjusted by adding a pad.
