Maintenance Of Magnetic Separator

In the use of magnetic separators, maintenance and maintenance is not negligible.No matter how good the magnetic separation equipment, if always use not to raise, it will appear some problems, and affect the production efficiency.So, how to maintain the magnetic separator?
I. lubrication and refueling cycle
1. The reducer shall use 220# lubricating oil. After the new reducer runs for one month, all the oil shall be drained and replaced with new lubricating oil.
2. The double bearing at both ends of the roller should be oiled by an oil gun once every week (2-3ml), and the end cover should be opened for cleaning and inspection once every 6 months to inject new oil.Grease shall be  R2 or 3# lithium base grease.
3. Add 200ml of  R2 or 3# lithium grease to the transmission chain and sprocket every month.

Maintenance Of Magnetic Separator
1. The following parts shall be inspected and repaired weekly.
Every week to carefully clean up the incoming chute, concentrate discharge chute and tailings discharge chute, check whether there is damage, deformation and other problems, such as problems in a timely manner.
2. The following parts shall be inspected and maintained monthly.
(1) transmission chain wear is not allowed to exceed the provisions, such as the impact of normal use must be firmly replaced.Adjust the tightness of the transmission chain in time.
(2) check transmission sprocket, linear deviation shall not exceed 1 mm.Any deviation should be adjusted in time.
(3) check and tighten the fixing bolts of equipment supporting frame, motor, reducer and drum spindle.
(4) magnetic separator on both sides of the big end cover, bearing end cover bolts to check, tighten.
(5) overall inspection of the machine body and the roller, whether there are problems such as open welding, damage and deformation.
(6) measure and check the level of the guide weir and overflow weir of concentrate.
(7) magnetic system Angle inspection method is to use an electrode, horizontally put into the concentrate discharge weir. If the suction is large, it means the magnetic system is on the high side and the concentrate is not easy to fall off. If the suction is too weak, it means the magnetic system is on the low side and the concentrate is not easy to discharge.
