The Reason Of Cone Crusher "Running Faster"


1. The contact point between the cone sleeve and the spindle is less, and the "Running Faster" occurs in the gap between the cone crusher and the feeding material. In fact, this is still the "Running Faster" of empty operation.If the pressure after feeding is not down, the speed of the spindle rotation is out of control.

2. The cone sleeve cracked during operation, the contact surface with the spindle became smaller, and the oil film was damaged, resulting in the "Running Faster" due to the sharp increase of dry friction temperature.

3. Cone sleeve in operation due to the non-broken ( iron) material effect, resulting in excessive load, filling zinc off, cause cone sleeve channeling, clearance between of spindle and cone sleeve become smaller, resulting in the "Running Faster" .

4. During the operation of the crusher, a large amount of heat will be generated between the driving parts. Under normal circumstances, the heat will be released through the heat exchanger to achieve the thermal balance of the system.If the heat is too much, more than the cooling capacity of the cooler, or cooler has problems, heat transfer efficiency is reduced, the heat balance will be broken.As the oil temperature continues to rise, the strength of oil film decreases and dry friction is generated. Even in the sliding contact parts of bowl bearing, stand sleeve, cone sleeve and axle sleeve, burns are generated.Cone sleeve and the spindle because of this occurred between the shaft and the "Running Faster" .

Sometimes the oil supply is interrupted due to the fault of the thin oil system, and the interlock protection of the pressure relay does not play a role, so the sliding contact part will suffer from rapid and serious burns, accompanied by severe "Running Faster" .This is a very dangerous situation, and failure to stop in time will result in serious consequences.

5. The clearance between spindle and cone sleeve is too small, or the clearance becomes smaller due to the taper sinking of the bowl bearing due to wear and tear over a long period of time. As a result, additional load will be generated between the cone sleeve and the spindle, the contact stress will increase, and the oil film will be damaged to cause "Running Faster" .

6. The outer circular surface of the spindle is seriously worn, and even there are grooves of different depths, which make the shaft contact with the cone sleeve become bad and cause "Running Faster" .
