What factors affect the output of cone crusher




There are three main factors influencing the productivity of cone crusher: the number of times of the swing of the cone;The length of the parallel crushing area;The size of the engagement Angle.These three aspects directly determine the output of cone crusher.

1.the number of times of the swing of the cone
The swing times of the crushed cone is one of the key factors affecting the crusher productivity.
Because of the limitation of the meshing Angle of the crushing cavity and the parallel ore discharge area, the crushed ore is discharged along the taper inclined plane mainly by gravity and vibration.When the number of spindle rotation increases, the ore is easy to be discharged, but the number of rotation is too high, which is not conducive to ore discharge, sometimes resulting in faster speed and unable to produce.Therefore, the number of swing of the broken wall has a certain constraint on the improvement of productivity.


2.The length of the parallel crushing area
The parallel crushing area is the guarantee area of uniform particle size of cone crusher.The crushing capacity is related to the material thickness in the parallel zone, and the material thickness is directly related to the size of the ore outlet.The increase of the length of the parallel zone is beneficial to grain size control, but the ore discharging capacity is relatively reduced.The length of the parallel zone decreases, which is beneficial to ore discharge, but the particle size of ore crushing is not easy to guarantee.
At the same time, because of the crusher productivity is mainly related to the ore properties, the performance of the machine, specifications and crusher operating conditions and other factors, but also related with the crusher configuration in the production process, therefore, in other conditions unchanged, under the condition of changing operating conditions (adjust the cone crusher discharging mouth size), will change the productivity of crusher.

3.The size of engagement Angle
The included Angle between the rolling mortar wall and the crushing wall of the cone crusher is called the meshing Angle.Meshing Angle generally take 22 and 23 °, the maximum is 27 °.
From the feeding port to the discharge port, the crushing chamber type is affected by the engagement Angle and limited by the height of the crusher. The relative change of the crushing chamber capacity of the crusher has a certain impact on the crushing efficiency.
Theoretically, if the engagement Angle is too large, the ore will easily slip in the crushing chamber, reducing the production capacity and increasing the wear and power consumption of the lining plate.If the engagement Angle is too small, the crushing cavity will be too small and the amount of ore contained will be relatively reduced, which will affect the output and increase the manufacturing cost of the equipment and the height of the machine.
