Dust is initially caused by ore crushing, part of which is carried by the ore itself, and part of which is generated in the later stage of ore crushing.The general movement trajectory of the ore is as follows: the ore enters the machine from the feed port, is broken to the relevant particle size in the machine, is discharged from the discharge port, and then is transported to the next section of processing equipment by the belt conveyor.It can be seen that the devices that directly contact dust with air are inlet, outlet and belt conveyor.In addition, the use of hopper, protective cover, chute and other materials in the production process will produce a certain height difference, which is another major cause of dust.

To solve the problem of jaw crusher dust , the first is to control the dust source with the help of external force to avoid its diffusion, and the second is to improve the local structure of the machine. The specific measures are as follows:

1. Install sealing covers at each source of dust, the most important of which is equipped with water spraying device and dust collection device.

(1) two water nozzles can be set at the three main parts of the feed inlet, the feed outlet and the movable jaw crushing chamber respectively, and two nozzles at the feed inlet point to the feed inlet;The two nozzles at the discharge port form a certain Angle relative to each other to make the spray water form an overlapping state and achieve the best spray effect.The nozzle in the crushing chamber is set behind the movable jaw and is at a certain Angle to the horizontal.

(2) A vacuum cleaner can be installed at the discharge port and the manhole behind the mandible of the crushing chamber respectively. The vacuum cover of the discharge port is about 1000mm away from the discharge port. The dust cover plane is perpendicular to the direction of dust flow.After moving the jaw, the connecting duct between the vacuum cleaner cover and the fan is designed as a flexible duct, which is convenient for refueling the broken motor jaw and daily maintenance.

2. The structure can be modified and optimized in the inclined Angle of chute and tooth plate.

(1) the specific measure to reduce the difference of material height is to reduce the inclination Angle of chute.

(2) under the condition that the overall size remains unchanged, the number of teeth on the tooth plate increases, and the tooth shape decreases.

3, in addition to the above-mentioned two aspects, the unreasonable production process flow and sieve plate block can also lead to the increase of dust, therefore, will try to adopt advanced production technology and equipment of environmental protection, and the delivery of using sealed good performance in the process of conveying equipment, and timely cleaning sieve to the material in the broken before it can filter out part of the small particles and dust.
