To solve the problem of jaw crusher dust , the first is to control the dust source with the help of external force to avoid its diffusion, and the second is to improve the local structure of the machine. The specific measures are as follows:

1. Install sealing covers at each source of dust, the most important of which is equipped with water spraying device and dust collection device.

(1) two water nozzles can be set at the three main parts of the feed inlet, the feed outlet and the movable jaw crushing chamber respectively, and two nozzles at the feed inlet point to the feed inlet;The two nozzles at the discharge port form a certain Angle relative to each other to make the spray water form an overlapping state and achieve the best spray effect.The nozzle in the crushing chamber is set behind the movable jaw and is at a certain Angle to the horizontal.

(2) A vacuum cleaner can be installed at the discharge port and the manhole behind the mandible of the crushing chamber respectively. The vacuum cover of the discharge port is about 1000mm away from the discharge port. The dust cover plane is perpendicular to the direction of dust flow.After moving the jaw, the connecting duct between the vacuum cleaner cover and the fan is designed as a flexible duct, which is convenient for refueling the broken motor jaw and daily maintenance.

2. The structure can be modified and optimized in the inclined Angle of chute and tooth plate.

(2) under the condition that the overall size remains unchanged, the number of teeth on the tooth plate increases, and the tooth shape decreases.
