Installment Instructions of Jaw Crusher


The jaw crusher is supplied by the SHUOSEN company after assembly. Customer should take a full check after having received this machine, in order to prevent any possible damages or loss of the attachment in the course of transporting.

1.Due to large quantity of vibration when the machine works, it is suggested that the machine should be installed on the concrete foundation, in order to reduce noise and absorb vibration reaction forces. In this case, it can avoid vibration influence on the building foundation. To get better effects, hardwood base plate, rubber tape, and other damping materials can be put in the middle of the crusher and concrete foundation.

2.The weight of the foundation is approximately 5-10 times of this machine’s weight, the depth of the foundation should be greater than local frozen depth. With regard to machinery installation and foot screw positions, can be found in the foundation drawing.

3.Before adjusting the discharge outlet, the stretched spring should be loosed at first. After having adjusted, then regulate the tightness of the spring to prevent the fall off of the toggle plate when it is operating.
