1. iron material feeding is prohibited.
2. No starting or stopping crusher with materials.
3. Excessive constant current and low voltage are forbidden to operate the machine.
4. When the machine has abnormal sound, continue to operate.
5. When the machine is in operation, check and adjust the machine.
6. Eccentric feeding is prohibited.
7. It is forbidden to enter bulk materials in the crushing chamber (exceeding the maximum feeding size in the instruction).
8, do not adjust the ring runout;when runout , adjust the large discharge port.
9. It is forbidden to operate the cone crusher when the locking nut of the adjusting seat is not locked tightly.
10. Do not adjust the discharge port with materials.
11. It is forbidden to operate the cone crusher when the oil level in the lubrication station is low.
12, It is forbidden to operate the cone crusher when the lubricating oil temperature below 25 ℃.
13, It is forbidden to operate the cone crusher and keep oil pump running when the lube oil temperature is higher than 55 ℃.
14. Do not operate the cone crusher when the lubricating oil filter is blocked.
15, Do not operate the cone crusher when the lubricate station alarm light .
