Stone Production Line equipments includes Vibrating Feeder, Jaw crusher, Impact Crusher, Vibrating Screen, Belt Conveyor and electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is from 50 t/h to 1000 t/h. To meet customer’s specific requirement, we can also add other equipments such as Cone Crusher, dust catcher on the production line.

Process of the production line:
Big size stones are transferred to primary crusher through vibrating feeder from hopper for first crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to impact crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed materials will be transferred to the vibrating screen, and separated to different sizes. Those aggregate with suitable size will be transferred to the final product pile and those with unsuitable size will be transferred back to the impact crusher for re-crushing. This forms a closed circuit cycles. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers' requirements. The dedusting system could be attached for sake of protecting environment.
