Discharge concentration is also known as grinding concentration.It refers to the proportion of ore and water in the barrel of a ball mill.The grinding concentration directly affects the fluidity of ore slurry in the barrel and the ability of conveying ore particles, and also affects the play of grinding medium.Therefore, a grinding operator should be good at controlling the grinding concentration.The production practice proved that the best grinding concentration is between 60% and 83%. During rough grinding, the grinding concentration is slightly higher, usually between 75% and 83%.When fine grinding, the grinding concentration can be lower, about 65% - 75%. Ore with different specific gravity should have different grinding concentration.The grinding concentration can be controlled higher than the major ore.When the specific gravity is small, the grinding concentration should be smaller.
