The hydraulic pressure system consists of hydraulic cylinder 3, hydraulic box 4 and accumulator 5.The hydraulic accumulator is filled with nitrogen whose pressure is higher than the oil pressure required for crushing. When the ore discharge port needs to be increased, the oil in the lower hydraulic cylinder of the vertical shaft can be put back into the hydraulic tank. At this time, the dynamic cone drops and the ore discharge port increases.On the contrary, if you want to narrow the ore outlet, you can press the oil from the hydraulic box into the hydraulic cylinder, so that the moving cone rises.When the non-broken items fall into the crushing chamber, the hydraulic pressure of the oil circuit is greater than the nitrogen pressure of the accumulator. The piston of the accumulator compresses nitrogen and the oil enters the accumulator. The piston in the hydraulic cylinder drops and the moving cone drops accordingly.After the object is discharged, the oil pressure decreases, so the nitrogen pressure is higher than the oil pressure, the oil entering the accumulator is pressed back into the oil path to return to the hydraulic cylinder, and then the cone rises and returns to normal.In addition, the oil pressure in the oil circuit can be adjusted by using the valve, and the change of the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder can be mastered by using the hydraulic gauge.And according to the pressure gauge reading, according to the production requirements to adjust the size of the outlet.

Single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is easy to realize automatic adjustment of crushing process.Its weight is lighter, the parallel belt of the crushing chamber is longer, and the particle size of the product is more uniform.However, the equipment installation and maintenance requirements are more stringent and accurate.
