Attentions of jaw crusher stop and start working

I. equipment inspection before starting up
1. Check whether the bolts of the frame, pulley and flywheel are loose;
2. Check the jaw plate.Whether the fixed and movable jaw plate and side guard plate are good, whether the bolts are fastened, whether the thrust plate has cracks, and whether the spring pull rod and spring are good;
3. Check whether the safety railing, safety cover and feeding chute are in good condition;
4. Check whether the motor anchor bolt is loose, whether the motor wiring and all instruments in the operation box are intact, and whether the voltage is within the specified range;
5. Check whether there are large pieces of ore and sundry objects in the crushing chamber, whether the v-belt is intact and whether the tightness is appropriate.

II. start working
1. The device can only be started when no one is working on or around the device;
2. After starting the host machine, first observe whether the operation of the equipment is stable, normal voltage and current, no abnormal sound, and no looseness of pulley and flywheel before feeding;
3, The feeding ore must be uniform, so as not to cause equipment load suddenly large or small, causing belt slippage pressure;
4, every half hour observation voltage and current situation, with or without abnormal odour and strike fire phenomenon, check the bearing temperature less than 60 ℃
5. Check whether the bolts of each part are loose, whether the bolts of the frame and motor foot are loose, and whether there is any noise at the rotating part.

III. stop working
Must stop feeding first, confirm whether there is mineral in the crushing chamber, then stop the main engine and turn off the power.
