Lubrication of Jaw Crusher


In order to guarantee the regular operation and extend the use life of the machine, users should carry regular maintenance to this machine.

Pay attention to the lubrication of the rubbing surface frequently, it ensures the regular operation and use life extension of the machine.

The lubricating grease used for this machine should be applied according to several factors, such as the operating position of machine, the temperature and so on. Generally calcium base grease or calcium-sodium base grease is adopted.

The amount of lubricating grease added into the bearing block is 50%-70% of the volume, and must be replaced once every three months. Make sure clean up with clean gas or kerosene when replacing each time.

The lubrication grease muse be injected on the joint of toggle plate and toggle plate gasket before the machine starts.
