Reasons and solutions for the shutdown of the jaw crusher


I.Reasons for the shutdown of the jaw crusher:

1, Jaw crusher Crusher discharge port blocked, causing block material;

2. The triangle belt driving the crusher wheel is too loose, causing the belt to slip;

3, crusher eccentric shaft set bushing loose, resulting in the frame bearing seat on both sides of the gap, so that the eccentric shaft stuck, unable to rotate;

4. The working site voltage is too low, and the host machine is unable to break when it encounters big size material;

5. Bearing of crusher is damaged.

II. Solutions for the shutdown of the jaw crusher:

1. Clear the clog at the discharge port of the crusher to ensure smooth discharge;

2. Tighten or replace the triangular belt;

3. Reinstall or replace the tightening bush;

4. Adjust the working site voltage to meet the working voltage requirements of the main machine;

5. Replace bearing of crusher.
