The jaw crusher should pay attention to the following four problems in long-term storage:

1.to prevent rust.Jaw crusher should be parked in the dry room, should be based on the outside of the casing anti-rust paint peeling area of the size to determine is the pace of the paint or the whole machine to spray paint to repair.It is strictly prohibited to arrange conductive objects on the battery. The lead-acid battery should be charged once a month and should be placed on a flat ground and covered with wooden boards.The engine should be started once a month during downtime.

2.the battery will be arranged in the dry and anti - freeze place.

3.cover with cover cloth after parking.To prevent the fuel tank from rusting, it should be thoroughly cleaned and reconnected to the negative line.

4.The fuel control lever of the machine should be placed in idle position. If conditions permit, preservatives should be added to make the lubrication of each part create a new oil film and fill the fuel tank with diesel oil.
