The reason why metal crash sound appears in jaw crusher when machine is idling


After the completion of the jaw crusher installation, careful inspection should be carried out to confirm that the jaw crusher equipment is qualified before no-load operation.In the jaw crusher idling may appear the sound of metal impact, the crusher did not put the material, how can there be the sound of metal impact?

The metal impact sound of jaw crusher in no-load operation is mainly caused by the unreasonable installation of jaw crusher or the fault. The most likely reasons are:

1. It may be the collision sound between the moving jaw and fixed jaw plate of the jaw crusher, which is caused by too small ore discharge opening and should be adjusted in time.

2.The impact sound appears in the thrust plate support or spacer adjusting device,usually by rod buffer spring elastic disappear or damaged, or cause rotational spring pressure is not tight, when the moving jaw plate, toggle plate, main machine is not close, make the toggle plate head and supporting produces impact, or adjusting gasket hit each other, should be timely and strong pressure gland nut until the sound disappeared.

3, there may be serious wear or relaxation of the toggle plate support slider, toggle plate head serious wear, should be replaced in a timely manner.
